Christmas Camp
us for an exciting four-day hockey camp this Christmas break, designed for both goalies and players! Each day features 1.5 hours of on-ice training, where all participants will sharpen their skills and enhance their game. In addition to skating, players will engage in a one-hour plyometrics session to boost their strength and agility. To round out the experience, we’ll also incorporate soothing one-hour yoga session, promoting flexibility and relaxation.
