What We Offer
DryLand Training for Athletes:
(Private, Semi-Private, Group)

This program focuses on the development of movement patterns, speed, agility, strength training, and explosive training. Multiple exercises and sport specific movements are used to improve overall athletic ability.

Technical Skates:
​
These skates incorporate both goalies and players to work on their technical skills. A goalie coach and a high-level player coach attend these sessions. Athletes will develop their stick handling, edge work, and focused shooting and passing. Game situation drills are a focus.
Personal Training & Workout Plans:
​
MAD Training offers a personalized fitness program for adults of all abilities and ages. Whether you are looking to get in shape for a specific event, or want an overall healthier lifestyle, MAD training offers private, semi-private, or group training sessions. Workout program development is also available.
On Ice Goalie Training :
(Private, Semi-Private, Practices)
​
Technical skills specific to goalies are the focus of this program. Edge work, footwork, lateral movements, hand-eye coordination and positioning (shot angles) are addressed. These sessions include a shooter. If you are interested in us attending some of your practices, or for more information about private and semi-private sessions contact MAD Training.
